Sara Dubeau, DHHP, DMH is a natural healthcare practitioner with over a decade of experience in lifestyle medicine, holistic nutrition and the healing arts. She believes in partnering with her clients and teaches them how they can claim greater autonomy and ownership over their healthcare through lifestyle medicine. In addition to her practice, she facilitates workshops where she educates on lifestyle medicine and connects people to tools and resources that they can safely and simply use at home, to support their health and well being.


Crystal Finnigan has worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade, helping to promote and advance green building education and adoption across Canada. In her spare time, she supports sustainability initiatives across Canada and is passionate about encouraging people to adopt healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. She is also a mom of two little ones and can only hope that they learn from example to give a little more than they take from this beautiful earth.
